Dr. Ransford Mensah

Being a high repute consultant formany years Dr. Ransford Mensah is a strong advocate and practitioner of design thinking techniques and approaches to solve complex problems, and he brings to his consulting work a pragmatic approach based on 13 years’ experience in private and development sector. He specialises in areas such as project management, change management, IT service management, training and capacity building.

Prior to joining Geniusloci International Limited Ransford worked for USAID as the Change Management Advisor. He has led high performing teams and driven capacity building programs in Sub-Saharan Africa for organisations such as the AfDB and GIZ.

Ransford holds a PhD in Information Systems from USQ in Australia, a Masters in Engineering Business Management, Coventry University, UK and a first degree in Computer Engineering, KNUST, Ghana. He is certified in PMP, ITIL Expert, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Change Management, Agile Scrum Master, CISA and TOGAF.
